How We process End User Data.
Please note that, during the provision of Our Service, We may also process End User Information on behalf of Our Customers.
The privacy policy of that relevant Customer will apply to the End User Information and any questions should be directed to that Customer.
Studeyo does not control or otherwise approve any messages or requests for End User Information made by a Customer to an End User. End Users should be aware that a Customer can request such End User Information from them in order to use the Customers products or services and that the End User Information may then be included in information given to Studeyo or through Your use of the Studeyo Service. Therefore, End Users should review the privacy policy of the Customer. To the extent that Studeyo receives any End User Information, Studeyo shall make reasonable efforts, consistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy, to maintain the confidentiality of such End User Information.
Studeyo has no direct relationship to the End Users.
End Users who seek access, or seek to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate End User Information should direct such query to the applicable Customer for removal.
Studeyo will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such End User Information except as provided in the applicable agreement with Customer, or as may be required by law.
Studeyo acknowledges that End Users have the right to access their Personal Identifiable Information. The End User wishes to exercise any rights it may have to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, should inquire with the Customer directly.
If an End User makes a request directly to Studeyo, please provide the name of the Customer who submitted Your data to the Studeyo Service. We will refer Your request to such Customer and will support them as needed in responding to Your request.
Studeyo will process this End User Data based on Our agreement with Our Customer.

What information do We not store.
For online payments Studeyo does not ask for or capture any information pertaining to Your credit/debit cards or information about Your
internet banking account. All online payment transactions are done at the payment gateway site/s. The payment gateways that We have tied up with are affiliated with established banking institutions and follow guidelines dictated by the pertaining law.

How do We secure the Information collected.
At Studeyo, We take privacy and security very seriously. We have taken appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. We also provide secure https access to the Studeyo Website.

All communication by Studeyo will be shared with both the User as well as the User’s parent/legal guardian.
